I watched Robbins speak on TED. It was pretty good. I don't really have favorites. I get most of my personal development from Stumbling personal development sites. There seems to be a good signal-to-noise ratio for personal development content on StumbleUpon.

Also, I like John Reese from income.com/blog. Every once in awhile he'll do some content on personal development (like time management and facing reality head-on) as it applies to business.

Thank you Dee. I can see from your answers that you are not a stranger to personal development and you know you stuff. Do you have any favorite mentors or coaches that you listen to or read?

Some of my personal favorites are Jim Rohn and Anthony Robbins.

I love these kind of posts. Actionable and very specific. Someone could literally print this out today and start intentionally building content and traffic to their site. :)

Three specific things I like about this post:

(1) You talked about thinking of new ways to make money. This helps webmasters stay flexible.

(2) I like the personal development tips. This is crucial to staying motivated.

(3) The reward principle is also crucial. All work with no play makes one cranky and less productive.
